1. From your desktop or laptop computer, open My Computer
2. Select My Network Places (from left frame)
3. Select Entire Network
4. Select Microsoft Windows Network
5. Scroll down thru alpha list and select Surgery
6. Select Surgery-a
7. Right-click OR Classroom and select Map Network Drive…
8. Set Drive: to O (alpha, not zero)
9. Make sure Reconnect at logon is checked
10. Hit Finish

This will provide you with a convenient mechanism for dropping files, including PowerPoint presentations, onto a folder that is accessible from the OR Classroom.
